Mohammad: we represents a paradigm shift in dental care. Our business model eliminates the necessity for patients to spend extensive time traveling to dental offices for non-invasive treatments. By delivering our services directly to their homes, we not only save them time but also create a comfortable and familiar environment. Our focus is on delivering comprehensive dental care without the inconvenience and anxiety often associated with traditional methods.

Establishing operations for a new service can be complex. How is Snapdentist Technologies Inc. navigating the intricacies of introducing this model dental services in Canada?

Mohammad: Launching a new service, especially one that challenges conventions, demands meticulous planning and execution. We’ve concentrated on assembling a proficient team who shares our vision. Through collaboration with team of experienced dental care providers, technology advisors, business consultants who are familiar with the Canadian business culture and the utilization of technological advancements, we will streamline our operations to ensure a seamless and efficient launch.

Can you shed light on the technology and equipment employed by your company to deliver non-invasive dental services at home?

Mohammad: Absolutely. we are committed to harnessing state-of-the-art technology to enhance the patient experience. We will recruit licensed dental care providers who are equipped with portable dental care tools and who are willing to expand their services to the location of patients. The core of our practice is a user-friendly tele-dentistry platform that we are developing to facilitate virtual consultations, booking appointment, video/voice call, AI-enabled chatbot, patient flow management, etc. All the treatments will be delivered to the patients based on the oral healthcare guidelines and restrictions set in Canada.

What were the challenges encountered by your company during the developmental phase, and how were they overcome?

Mohammad: Developing a service that challenges traditional norms inevitably presents its share of obstacles. One primary challenge would be altering the perception of dental care as an in-office experience. We are going to invest in educational campaigns to highlight the benefits of delivering non-invasive services in patient’s location.
